Our semi-private personal training program combines the accountability of one-on-one coaching with the energy of a small group. Starting with a consultation that assesses strengths, weaknesses, and inefficiencies in your every day movements along with a small history and background discussion. After, entering into a maximum 1:4 coach-to-member ratio, every participant follows a custom training program tailored to their goals, fitness level, and movement needs as initially discussed.
